The Ewon Assistant Professor is a funding offered to outstanding professors who have promising futures through creative teaching and research activities and who can contribute significantly to the development of KAIST. The Ewon Assistant Professor Program was created to promote the teaching and research activities of young and outstanding assistant professors with promising futures.
I am an associate professor in the School of Digital Humanities & Computational Social Sciences at KAIST and also affiliated as an adjunct faculty member in the Graduate School of Green Growth & Sustainability at KAIST. My recent research primarily focuses on investigating the effect of diverse interventions (from smart feedback to incentives) on pro-environmental behaviors such as electricity saving and suggesting policy interventions to expand, strengthen, and sustain pro-environmental behaviors. Also, I have been continuously involved in interlinked water and waste problems with energy issues.
